Report on the Training Program

The Federation of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTAPCCI) has conducted a ‘Certificate Course in Essentials of Human Resource Management’ during Jan 20 to 23, 2016, at Federation house, Hyderabad, for Executives working in HR Dept and other functional managers and also for Proprietors, Partners, and Directors of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises/Companies and to students pursuing Professional and Management studies. This course was inaugurated on Jan 20, 2016 by Shri. Shekhar Agarwal, ex-president of FTAPCCI.  While inaugurating the course he stated that industrial units can run well when they have good HR departments. He urged the industries to avail opportunities coming up like these training programs being conducted by FTAPCCI to enhance the skill levels  to operate better and withstand competition.

This course was conducted by Shri. JR Kumar, Faculty Director of FTAPCCI and during this 4 day training program the participants were given training in topics like How HRM is different from Personnel Management, Various functions of HRM, Staffing activities, Fixing rewards, benefits, incentives, HR Budgeting, HRD and Legal & Statutory compliances. Latest topics like EHS policy drafting, employee engagement activities and Grievance Management were also discussed and explained to the participants.

Shri. JR Kumar, Faculty Director, addressed the participants on Jan 23, 2016, on completion of training program, and urged them to use the knowledge gained in this program to improve working of their businesses. He later distributed certificates to the trainees.

The Federation of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTAPCCI) has conducted a ‘Certificate Course in Working Capital Management’ during Nov 18 to 21, 2015, at Federation house, Hyderabad, for Executives working in Finance, Marketing, Production and Purchase Departments and Proprietors, Partners, and Directors of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises/Companies and to students pursuing Professional and Management studies.


This course was conducted by Shri. JR Kumar, Faculty Director of FTAPCCI and during this period the participants were given training in topics like Importance of working Capital for Business Units, Profitability vs. Liquidity in Business, Management of Inventories and Trade Receivables as well as Management of Trade Payables as a part working Capital Management, Management of credit, and details about different fund and non-fund based limits working capital limits from Banks. Topics like RBI Guidelines to banks on working capital credit limits to industry, like computation of MPBF, Periodical reports to be submitted to lenders of working capital and MIS reporting in this area etc. have also been discussed and explained to the participants.

On Nov 21, 2015,  on completion of the training program, Shri. Anil Reddy Vennum addressed the participants and urged them to use the knowledge gained in this program to improve working of their businesses. This course has commenced on Jan 07, 2015 as scheduled at 4 pm at Federation House     Hyderabad.More than 50 candidates from different industries in and around Hyderabad and students from prestigious institutions have joined this course.

Sri. Ravindra Modi, Vice President,FAPCCI, while inaugurating the course stressed upon importance of having relevant training for the people working in administrative positions in industrial and service organisations. He informed the participants that recognising the need for such training among the member units of FAPCCI and the general Public FAPCCI come out with this training program and wished that all participants will gain knowledge from this training program.Sri. Certificate Courses in Inventory Control & Management at FAPCCI




Report on 
Certificate Course in Inventory Management & Control held during December 03-06,2014 at FAPCCI
The Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FAPCCI) has conducted a ‘Certificate Course in Management of Inventory & Control’ from Dec03 to Dec 06, 2014, at Federation house, Hyderabad. The response from the industry for this program was good.
While inaugurating the course on December 03, 2014 Sri. Ravidra Modi Vice President of FAPCCI stressed on the need for increased awareness of role played by inventories in the success stories of companies. There are always problems of inventories in every business either of shortages or of excess of inventories. Only those units which could install good inventory management and control systems could monitor the inventories and reap good profits. Sri S. Bhalerao I.A.S.(Retd.) Secretary General of FAPCCI also addressed the trainees and urged them to take advantage of such programs being organized by FAPCCI to improve their skills and increase their productivity and performance.

The course was conducted for 4 days from Dec 03 to Dec 06, 2014 by Faculty Director Sri. JR Kumar and many useful topics were covered in the course like procurement procedures and precautions to be taken while purchasing inputs for business, Storage of inputs and the issues relating to them like stores layout for efficient handling of inventories and Control measures like fixing minimum & maximum , reorder levels, and importance of  lean manufacturing & Lean Inventories, Just-In-Time (JIT) and MRP were also explained to the trainees. Trainees were also taught topics like Physical stock taking, submission of periodical reports, stock audits, EOQ and safety measures to be implemented to protect inventories from losses, obsolescence and wastages.

On Dec 06, 2014, on completion of the training program, Sri JR Kumar Faculty Director addressed the Trainees and advised them to use the knowledge gained in this Training program for improving their functional efficiency in their operations. He later distributed the certificates to the trainees.
